Check your email to receive the confirmation email. Log back into the site using the confirmation link.

Choose your trackers. You can choose what you want to track from a list including calories, sleep patterns, body measurements, tv watching, diabetes, and so much more. By tracking many different facets of you life, you are able to see what directly affects your moods, energy levels, etc.
